Crown Cap Warehouse Internet Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we will accept your return within 30 days from the date of delivery for a complete refund of the original purchase price, less our shipping and handling charges. In addition, Crown Cap may, in its sole discretion, deduct a sum equal to 20% of the original purchase price as a re-stocking fee. We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Crown Cap is not responsible for any item that we do not receive or that is not returned for refund in accordance with the terms of our return policy. Only Crown Cap merchandise will be accepted.

To help us better serve you, follow the simple steps below.

1. The return must be made within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return items in unused condition using the original shipping carton. Enclose the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.
3. Ship prepaid and insured to:

   Please note, we highly recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Canada’s Express Post and retaining your receipt. Crown Cap cannot be not responsible for any returns not received.

4. After we receive a returned product, we will process your credit against the same credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days after our receipt for processing your credit. We will send you an email to the address you provided to us confirming the credit once we have completed our processing. Please note, we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
